Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club All Inclusive

I was really happy with our stay and the service provided by the hotel manager Rashid, I want to thank Hiba for her guest services help always so helpful and polite, thank you Nora, the spa staff Khadija and salima they were the best!! the waiters the chefs food was amazing very clean environment, thank you Rashida for my daily room keeping service, I will visit here again planning to come back dec 2025. Customer service 10/10 food 10/10 always different not your usual same buffet. Thank you Rashid for my late check out. Thank you from Sabba Ali and family ❤️

The spacious double bed in the room was cozy, as was the section that had a single bed and sleep couch that could be separated from „master bedroom“ by sliding doors. As a family with two kids, we really enjoyed it, as everyone had at least a little bit of privacy. We loved that we could close the shower doors in the roomy bathroom—something that doesn't happen very often in Morocco. A porter met us warmly when we arrived, took care of our bags, and assisted with check-in. Regretfully, the cashier and other receptionist didn't exactly make us feel welcome (more on this later). Although our room wasn't ready yet, we could eat lunch while waiting. The all-inclusive buffet's food was appalling, and the establishment itself was incredibly dated. We sampled a variety of foods, but none of them tasted particularly good or freshly prepared. None of the desserts my man tried—roughly ten—were good. We didn't have high expectations (we read reviews before booking), but even so, we assumed we would find something we liked. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Our room was ready when we returned to the reception. I asked the cashier guy to book the shuttle for us for the next few days, but he just gave me a smug smile and said, "You can do it with the receptionist." The receptionist then informed us that all of the spots were reserved for the days we would be staying, while wearing a laughing face. We didn't make a big deal out of it though because we had our rental. I requested our bill (I had to forward it asap), but was asked to return later. When I returned later, the guy had moved on and I had been told to come back next day. When I arrived in the morning, I was informed that the cashier was currently busy and asked me to return later. It was not an option for them to bring the bill to us or to give us a call on the room phone once it was ready to be picked up. I eventually became impatient and requested to speak with the manager.

I loved the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, completely safe for children and the grounds were well spread out so it never felt too busy. The food was delicious, staff excellent and the pools and slides were great fun. The lady on reception, Khaoula, was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Amazing Experience at Pickalbatros! Our stay was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible animation team—Momo, Mimoun, Saline, Smail, Aya, and Farah. They kept us entertained and full of energy throughout our trip! Special mention to Rachida, the cleaning lady, who made sure our room was spotless every day. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious menus, and the chef’s creativity was outstanding. All the waitstaff were very friendly and helpful, making our dining experience even better. The reception team was always smiling and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A big thank you to Mme Hiba, who was so attentive and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Everything was perfect, and I can't recommend this place enough!

Large selection of food Friend and helpful staff Although it’s a very big resort , it’s was super quiet at sleeping time ! The resort is amazing .
